Area Supervisor | Now Hiring!

Our regional refreshments company looking for an experienced retail route driver to serve as our Area Supervisor and customer service champion. This Area Supervisor position will be a very important position for the continued success of our Evergreen Refreshments. Although we have a pretty good idea of what we would like the responsibilities of this position to entail, we also know that there is a very good chance that they will be customized to the evolving needs of the business as well as to the candidate's strengths.

Practical Day to Day Functions:

• Auditing route completion.
• Training new & existing drivers.
• Troubleshoot any machine data issues.
• Coaching on customer interaction and our service-oriented approach.
• Communicates closely with the team on a daily basis.
• Tracking the progress of drivers in training and retraining.
• Assist in monthly driver meetings.
• Participation in continuous coaching/evaluations of drivers.
• Run route relief, as needed.
• Serves as a key communicator to key customers.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday |40-45 hours per week | shifts start between 5:00 am -6:30 am

Key Characteristics:

• Possess attention to detail.
• Good communication (Must be able to read, write & speak English).
• Business Math Skills.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Must be able to lift and push up to 50 lbs.
• Clean driving record and at least 21 years of age, for insurance purposes
• Capable of operating a non-commercial box truck.
• Committed to meeting schedules and deadlines.
• Self-starter - doesn't require micro-managing supervision.
• Organized and tactical within a fast past working environment.
• Must pass security clearance to enter state and federal buildings.

Pay: $53,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
