Responsibilities:
Conduct weekly and as-needed meetings in person, at the training center, and in the field.
Ensure that QI team and installers consistently meet and exceed installation standards.
Handle disciplinary issues promptly and professionally.
Keep the Owner informed of all relevant information.
Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to meet customer service needs.
Develop and update a detailed plan for training subordinates, tracking progress.
Evaluate subordinates regularly and showcase evaluation results.
Maintain a regular communication trail with the Operations Analyst after making significant decisions in the field.
Provide regular updates on emergencies, projects, and changing requirements in your area.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to create action plans and drive incremental improvement.
Maintain excellent knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Lead by example in following and upholding all company policies, procedures, and installation methods.
Spot-check QI with meticulous detail and provide coaching as needed.
Collaborate with team leaders to ensure consistent improvement in the quality of installations.
Attend meetings with customers, builders, and team members as scheduled.
Make command decisions on major install corrections, warranty items, etc.
Calibrate all Plumbing Installer's crimpers every 30 days or less.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
7-10 years
Qualifications:
Previous experience in plumbing field management.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
Willingness to collaborate with team members and leaders.
