Area Sales Manager

HomeForce Loans is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our teams in Texas. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales initiatives, guiding your team to success, and overseeing operations in the Texas region. This role is structured as a contractor position with a 1099 commission-based compensation model.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets within the Texas region
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth
• Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance individual and team performance
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
• Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities and challenges

Experience:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial or real estate industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with the Texas real estate market and lending practices
• Understanding of 1099 commission structures and contractor dynamics
