We are looking to add an AOM in the Northeast region. Primarily our NJ and NYC locations. This position will be based out of a home office anywhere in the assigned area and will require frequent travel to practices in the territory. The primary role of the AOM is to provide day-to-day operational support to his/her assigned practices and help execute strategic guidance from the Regional Director of Operations (RDO), supporting all non-clinical operations of the specialty dental practices under his/her preview. The AOM will report to the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) and work with multiple departments, including Finance and HR, in support of his/her practices.

Company Background:

Specialty1 Partners is a practice services organization committed to providing non-clinical, business support services to the nation's leading specialty dental practices. The company was founded in 2019 by four endodontists who wanted to provide unique and differentiated support to specialty dental practices. Originally focusing on support to endodontics practices (under the Endo1 brand), Specialty1 Partners quickly expanded its support to periodontics and oral surgery practices.

  • Providing input to the RDO in development of practice-level strategies, and supporting the execution of strategies by solid tactical planning and execution. The AOM will be a leader in site-level change and execution, considering available resources, weighing the risks and challenges involved, and determining the most efficient way to achieve strategic objectives while delivering quality results.
  • Assessing practice-level performance over time and working with the RDO to develop and implement action plans to achieve business goals and address issues / challenges
  • Implementing, monitoring, and troubleshooting key business tools, systems, and processes within the practices, including ensuring OSHA & HIPAA guidelines are followed.
  • Helping practice leaders establish and maintain healthy cultures within the practice. In addition, establishing a strong network within the area, including developing and conducting effective area trainings & meetings, leveraging outstanding group presentation skills.
