Area Operations Lead
We’re looking for an Area Operations Lead who will lead development and implementation of supply capability programs.
What are we looking for?
Ability to work autonomously within established procedures and practices.
Relevant experience gained through a combination of job-related training/education and considerable work experience.
Ability to complete work with a limited degree of supervision.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Develop, plan, and implement training strategy to manage, motivate and support training department in providing high quality work products.
Lead the implementation of capability programs to sustain functional knowledge and behavior within the entire supply organization.
Design, plan, execute, and monitor of supply chain activities with the objective of creating net value, building a competitive infrastructure, leveraging worldwide logistics.
Act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.
