WHAT WE DO
Our corporate teams support our family of brands through managing the "back office" work so the team members who support in the production of our products can focus on making great tasting, innovative quality craft beverages. Our shared services team is made up by accounting/finance, human resources, marketing, and sales, who are all skilled in their space and share a love of craft beverages.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Artisanal Brewing Ventures is looking for a talented Area Marketing Specialist, with a heavy focus on programming and social media. This position will support our ABV Taproom locations.

• Coordinate with Hospitality Marketing Coordinators to develop marketing plans for taproom events
• Collaborate with general managers and area operations managers on taproom events and marketing efforts ensuring marketing calendars are consistently up to date
• Maintain Untappd and YEXT platforms for area taprooms, including updating hours, maintaining menus, listing weekly features, weekly events, and big bet events
• Assist in keeping our media and internal digital assets up to date with taproom shots, product shots, event shots, eye catching graphics, etc.
• Contribute to creative idea generation alongside General Managers and Area Managers for quarterly taproom event planning
• Support social media department in certain categories including big bet taproom events and engaging our fans, community, and potential customers
• Coordinate promotional assets and day-of collateral for taproom events including, signage, table tents, posters and more
• Stay up to date on local events and food/beer festivals that would be a good fit for taproom participation
• Maintain ApproveForGood donation requests for area taprooms
• Participate in bi-weekly management meetings to update staff on upcoming events and marketing initiatives

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Must be 21+ years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
• Minimum 2 years of marketing and/or event experience preferred
• Able to work across the organization with colleagues of all levels
• Hospitality or service industry experience preferred
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have a clean driving record

Travel
Travel is expected to be up to 20% of the time to support and be present to employees
