RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the daily operations of Florida Cancer Specialists (FCS) clinics in assigned division.
• Is the liaison between administrative services and assigned division's clinics; and implements and ensures compliance with federal and state regulatory compliance programs and FCS policies.
• Support the financial goals of the company by being fiscally responsible in all areas, including staffing and purchasing.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Five years operations management experience in a healthcare corporation with multiple sites is required.
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of medical records management is essential.
• Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field required.
• Valid Florida Drivers License for travel to clinics.
• Compliance with the FCS Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required.
