SalaryOur Area Director will be responsible for a minimum of 9 locations and will provide support, training and Development for their team.
Duties will include monthly one on ones with the MGR's, Monthly Audits and side by side coaching.
We will have weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings to discuss People, Product and Place.
The Area Director will be responsible for the following KPI's (Sales, COG's, Labor & Profit)

Must have a minimum of 5 years in the restaurant industry with at least 1 of those years as a multi-unit director.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
