Master General Agent for automotive, power-sport, and marine F&I products is searching for the right individual to represent the agency's diverse portfolio of dealership finance products in the central Tennessee, northern Mississippi, and northern Alabama markets.
Job Entails * Making In-Person Dealer Visits and Phone Calls to Offer Company's Consumer Finance Products *Performing Dealership Needs Analysis to Determine Ideal Products and Services to Offer/Provide *Making Presentations to Prospective Dealers *Following-Up with Prospective Accounts to Gauge Interest *Signing Accounts *Installing Dealerships on Various Programs *Providing Training to Account Personnel on Programs, Products, and Systems *Ongoing Servicing of Signed Dealerships
The ideal candidate will have experience in and/or knowledge of Dealership Sales and finance processes. He/she will also possess strong interpersonal, communication, and closing skills. This opportunity is strictly intended for individuals who are highly motivated and possess an extreme level of determination and resiliency. The person who is ultimately chosen for this lucrative opportunity will be a well organized self-starter who seeks a career with unlimited compensation potential and is capable of being his/her own boss. The individual that is selected by the agency for this position could expect to earn up to 70% of the commission they produce and could elect to receive cancellation charge-back protection as well. This position is ideal for candidates who are already servicing dealerships, are involved in Dealership Sales or finance, are working in dealership indirect financing, or even an individual who lacks experience but who will meet challenges head-on, who won't settle for second best, who has a burning desire to succeed at all costs, and wants to control his/her own destiny. This is not a position that should be undertaken by the weak at heart or anyone who seeks the security of a base salary. Territory exclusivity is awarded to those agents who exceed the production targets within their assigned markets, and furthermore, additional territory and override commissions are also available to select top-producing representatives who successfully exceed their market production targets.
