Architecture CAD Operator| Proj Adm

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader to join our team. As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and designers, to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other drafting software. Duties: - Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and strategies - Conduct regular project meetings to track progress and address any issues or concerns - Review and approve project designs, drawings, and specifications - Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, and other software to create accurate 2D and 3D designs - Perform quality control checks on project deliverables - Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as contractors and vendors - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and codes - Provide technical guidance and support to team members Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field - Proven experience as a Project Leader or similar role - Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, NavisWorks, Sketchup, and other drafting software - Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities If you are a highly motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for delivering successful projects, we would love to hear from you.
