AR/AP Specialist

The Work Wear Store is currently looking for a part-time AR/AP Specialist with flexible hours. We produce custom screen-printed and embroidered garments for a wide variety of businesses and organizations, and simply need support in our accounts payable/receivable, invoice management and till balancing.

Areas of primary responsibility include:

• Bookkeeping – enter and reconcile purchase orders, vendor invoices and customer sales receipts
• Communicate (both in verbal and written form) with staff, suppliers and vendors
• Accounts payable and receivable duties
• Other office tasks as assigned

• Required skills
• 1 year experience in similar work.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Comfortable learning proprietary software
• Exceptional organizational skills

Wage based on experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
