Job Summary:
We are seeking an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry. This position requires excellent customer service skills, phone etiquette, and a solid understanding of financial concepts.
Duties:
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate coding and timely payment
- Review and reconcile vendor statements
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with vendors
- Prepare and process accounts receivable invoices
- Monitor customer accounts for payment status and follow up on overdue payments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills:
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries or concerns
