A Title Administrator is responsible for:
- Validating and sending all POAs and Titles to DDI timely and accurately
- Releasing titles/liens to dealers/members
- Processing auto loan payoffs
- Following up with members and lenders to ensure INOVA is added as lien holder.
- Maintaining orderly files of all documents received such as titles and POA’s.
