- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent accounts as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.
- Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies and declined credit card follow-up.
- Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or mail.
- Send monthly statements and reports.
- Credit reference requests.
- Maintaining credit holds and check credit.
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
- Collect data and prepare monthly metrics.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of high school diploma with 2+ years working experience
- Experience in accounting including accounts receivable, collections.
- Experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
