ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The Aquatics Office Coordinator is responsible for the daily functioning of the office, for ensuring that all administrative operations function in an efficient manner, and assists with areas of the Aquatics Operations. The Aquatics Office Coordinator will assist in the management of office staff and weekly staff work schedule and keep records for vacation leave, sick leave, and overtime for employees. The Aquatics Office Coordinator keeps personnel files up to date, orders supplies for the Center, assists in special events, is available to work weekends and holidays, and all other duties assigned. The Aquatics Office Coordinator will monitor pool water chemistry and assist in supervising lifeguards.
ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: High school diploma or GED and 12-18 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience and 2 years of related experience. Has the ability to pass Red Cross Lifeguard training. CLOSING DATE: $37,703.00
