Role Summary
APQP Department
The main objective of the APQP Engineering Department is to manage the design/development of the product and the product launch execution utilizing a cross functional team approach. Throughout this process, there exists a very dynamic learning environment opportunity for a student. Opportunities would include learning engineering elements pertaining to product design/development, dimensional engineering/statistical analysis, manufacturing process development, tooling/equipment design/implementation, overall project management principles, root cause analysis, problem resolution, OEM part approval process, and much more. In obtaining this learning experience, the intern will work alongside our program managers, tooling managers/engineers, and product engineers, all who have a wealth of experience in the automotive exterior trim commodity.

Must be enrolled in a 4-year University working towards a degree in Engineering or related field.
Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
