We are rapidly growing, have an abundance of physical therapy business owners who want to work with us, so we are looking for an Appointment Setter to join our sales department.

About the role:

We are looking for an amazing sales Appointment Setter/qualifier who can help us connect with and screen qualified candidates into our programs.

This will help us effectively accomplish our mission to help 1,000 physical therapists build their businesses to $250,000 dollars a year (and beyond) by 2025.

You don’t need to know how everything works here at LeBauer Consulting before applying. We’ll train you on our script and our exact process for identifying prospects who would be the right fit for our flagship program, The CashPT Platinum Mastermind.

Your job will be to screen inbound leads, or prospects who have responded to our marketing initiatives, to make sure they are the right fit. Then you will schedule only qualified candidates onto the calendar of our enrollment specialist.

Your job will be primarily remote, and also include some in-person work and training in our office here in Greensboro, NC. We’re a small company and you role will also include assisting the owner with content creation and a mix of administrative and customer support tasks.

You should have a track record in one of the following areas: sales, prospecting, qualifying sales opportunities, or coaching. Bonus if you own a freelancing business, support other businesses with social media and are already set up working in your own business as an independent or sub-contractor.

You should also feel comfortable working online (using tools like Zoom, Google Drive and Slack & Social Media Platforms), messaging from your phone, have strong Internet, and a quiet work environment from which to conduct calls.

This could be a great part-time role, working around your schedule as long as you can cover the main hours that we need, 8am to 8pm EST.
