ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate appointments for a non-profit Substance use and mental health program using phone calls and emails
- Engage with individuals in a friendly and professional manner to promote our products and services
- Clearly communicate Lotus Behavioral Health services and benefits to potential clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment outcomes by entering all information into a CRM
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure a smooth handoff of appointments
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written-
- Go getter personality-Ability to generate a script to be used and adjusted to the audience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Proven track record in sales or appointment setting is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Comfortable with engaging with potential clients
- Ability to work independently and meet appointment target
