- Perform all duties in accordance with Company policies, practices and procedures
- Actively engage with leads around membership, sports programming and other St. James products.
- Daily phone call, text, and email lead follow-up to potential members to schedule membership tours.
- Create initial rapport with a potential member as the first point out outreach.
- Qualifying Leads: making an initial assessment if The St. James meets the needs of the prospect.
- Maintain and convey excellent knowledge of the full suite of offerings at The St. James, including membership, sports programing, and our lifestyle venues.
- Accurately and completely track outreach and information around prospective members via our systems.
- Assist with other duties as they arise and are assigned my your direct supervisor
- Be an excellent team player and work to achieve the overall goals of the organization.
- Lead with the highest levels of hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism, serving as an ambassador for The St. James to all potential members you come into contact with.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment setting targets through persistent and enthusiastic outreach.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 1-3 years of lead/appointment generation, sales, or member experience (experience in fitness/health sales a plus).
- Be a self-starter with a successful history of performance and ability to meet and exceed KPIS.
- Must have superior organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in meeting and exceeding goals in a performance-based culture.
- Ability to learn new skills and concepts quickly.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as a part of a team.
- Ability to successfully handle multiple competing projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prospect both internal and external leads.
- Strong interpersonal skills and phone etiquette.
- Desire to learn and adapt in an ever-changing environment.
- Ability to engage and exude confidence in a professional manner.
- Experience using a CRM, Salesforce or KeepMe preferred.
- Knowledgeable of safety training, procedures and best practices used throughout the sports and wellness industry.
