Primary Responsibilities
- Appointment setting and confirmations.
- Updating customer profiles.
- Follow communication “scripts” when speaking with customers.
- Warm calling to potential clients.
- Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information.
- Discussing and qualifying homeowners based on their energy needs.
- Gather utility usage information from homeowners.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center goals.
- Scrub through generated leads for potential appointments/clients.
- 3-6 months customer service experience.
- Previous years of sales experience with a winning track record.
- Outstanding customer focus.
- A positive attitude.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
