SalaryA local dermatology practice in Hixson is looking for an Appointment Scheduler to join our Call Center team. The ideal candidate has excellent phone and communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, is highly organized, has excellent attention to detail, and is able to multi-task.
Responsibilities
- *Answering the phone and directing calls *Scheduling patient appointments and assisting patients with existing appointments *Rescheduling patient appointments *Managing the provider's schedules *Communicating with patients regarding instructions *Obtaining patient demographic and insurance information *Handling email communications and appointment requests from patients
Qualifications
- *Prior appointment scheduling or customer service experience in a health care setting is preferred. *Must have basic computer skills, electronic health record or electronic scheduling experience preferred *Must have a professional phone voice and pleasant demeanor

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
