SalarySweat is hiring a part-time Appointment Scheduler to join our team in La Jolla, CA. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to be matched to a growing organization and grow their career!
The position:
- Schedule is Monday-Friday and Saturday or Sunday
- Total hours for the position are 25 per week
- This position will be report to the Manager.
- This position will be working with clients
- The ideal candidate will be organized, communicate effectively, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks with ease.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for clients
- Answer telephones and direct calls or texts when necessary
- Communicate to your team in a timely manner
- Send texts to clients when necessary
- Engage with clients regarding their experiences
- Assist clients with questions regarding their scheduling options.
- Book out schedules in advance
- Assist in scheduling follow up appointments with clients
- Assist in coordinating office events
- Assist in excellent customer service practices
- Attaining client feedback
- Provide general support to Manager as needed such as answering questions about our practice or procedures, answering phones, or scheduling appointments.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
