SalaryWe are searching for a reliable Appointment Coordinator to work full time for a fast-paced OB/Gyn medical practice. Applicant should be well organized, able to multitask and be detailed oriented. They will perform various office duties to keep our healthcare practice running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Previous OB/Gyn medical office experience preferred
- Previous experience with eClinical works - EMR preferred
- Scheduling appointments for 18 providers and ancillary services in 4 office locations
- answering in a warm, friendly manner
- taking complete and accurate messages
- registering patients in the practice management system
