We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Appointment Confirmation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to our success, ensuring appointments are confirmed, rescheduled if needed, and communicated clearly with both sales representatives and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Confirmation Champion: Contact leads generated by our appointment setters to confirm scheduled appointments.
- Master of the Schedule: Assist with lead dispersion each evening, ensuring optimal scheduling for our sales reps.
- Reschedule Rockstar: Cue up rescheduled appointments and communicate effectively with both sales reps and customers regarding changes.
- Communication Bridge: Maintain consistent communication with sales representatives and customers throughout the appointment process.
- Deal Saver: Utilize strong communication skills to convert hesitant leads and save valuable appointments on the calendar.
- Detail Detective: Maintain meticulous records and ensure all appointment information is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Appointment Confirmation or a similar role.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications is a plus.
