Overview
We are seeking individuals who are energetic, compassionate, fun, and dedicated to changing the lives of children and families. We provide comprehensive early intensive behavioral intervention based on the principles of Applied Behavior analysis (ABA). Our technicians work 1:1 with two to nine year old children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. They are responsible for implementing natural environment teaching (NET) and discrete trial training (DTT), as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). In addition, our techs facilitate play and social interaction, as well as design and conduct exciting daily small group activities in a fun, engaging environment.

Status/Hours: Full-Time benefit eligible, Monday through Friday, hours guaranteed weekly, regardless of cancelations.
Schedules: Monday- Friday 7:30-4:30 (5:30 Wednesday)- or-Monday- Thursday: 9:30a- 6:30p, *optional Friday half day

Pay Rate: $16-20 w/o RBT Certification , $17-21 w RBT Certification

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Prior experience working with ASD population is preferred
• Prior experience working with children is preferred
