Behavior Technician Job Description
Position:
Part-time with future full-time potential Start date end of April/Beginning of May
Compensation:
Compensation is highly competitive and will be based on previous experience. Opportunities for pay increases upon completion of training and performance reviews.

BCBA/Owners
Summary of Position:
The Behavior Technician will provide one-on-one treatment for children with Autism ages 2 to 21 using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will implement learning programs under the direct supervision of a BCBA, collect data on target behavior, and meet with supervisors regularly.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on changing the child’s behavior by observing and measuring the behavior in real-life environments.
- Gather behavioral data via paper data.
- Implement learning programs as written and instructed by BCBA
- Complete all mandatory training and refresher training
Position Requirements:
- Must be willing to act like a “goof-ball”
- Good verbal communication
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Desire for continued learning opportunities
- Able to take feedback and learn from feedback
- Reliable attendance record
- Complete all necessary training requirements (all training is done in person or online with no costs to you)
- Must have at least a high school diploma.
- Preference for those attending college or have attended college with degree in psychology or related healthcare field.
- Must have a valid Michigan driver’s license with proof of coverage.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
