THE POSITION AND JOB SUMMARY
ACRC is seeking an Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA) for its Sacramento office. The purpose of the Applied Behavior
Analyst position is to provide consultation regarding Clients to address Client needs in alignment with Applied Behavior Analysis principles and ACRC-defined ethical, clinical, practical, and professional standards. Responsibilities include: conducting situational, needs, and/or brief functional assessments; utilizing evidence-based indirect assessment tools to measure independence, skills, behavior motivators, etc.; reviewing and providing feedback regarding Client reports; monitoring behavioral services for quality assurance; collaborating with ACRC staff, Clients/their circle of support, and providing clinical expertise.

Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must possess: A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a closely related field with a behavioral analytic
focus (Master's Degree preferred); two years of experience in the design and implementation of Behavior Plans for individuals who are developmentally disabled; and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA, BCaBA) certification. Applicants must have good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, good time management and organization skills, a valid California Driver License, and automobile liability insurance.
