Applicator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Applicator to join our team. As an Applicator, you will be responsible for applying various substances, such as pesticides or fertilizers, to landscapes, farms, and other designated areas. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of landscape maintenance, pest control, and the operation of various tools and machinery.

Responsibilities:
- Apply pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, or other substances to control pests or promote plant growth
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to perform application tasks
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines when handling and applying chemicals
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of applications and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate records of applications, including dates, quantities used, and areas treated
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and lawn care techniques
- Familiarity with pest control methods and the safe use of pesticides
- Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with other team members
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
