To be successful in this role you must possess:
- A few years of work experience supporting software applications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively within a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Associates degree in Information Services, Business Administration, or equivalent education and/or work experience.

Hiring Range: $59,295 – $77,082
