We are looking for a responsible, motivated professional to assist in maintaining our internal software, Qualia, and assist our development team in building new features for our systems. The role will be heavily involved in our continued implementation and migration to new software and technology. All communication and synergies between internal departments and our clients depend on the process flows we have in place. As we grow and expand, we continue to enhance and diversify these processes in order to maintain compliance with state-specific requirements, follow changes in the industry, and build on the ultimate client experience.
This position is currently 100% remote within the United States; however, this person would need to be available to work Mountain Standard Time (MT Zone). Technical equipment will be provided and training will be conducted virtually.
The Role:
Test, implement and troubleshoot new processes and action flows
Assist in maintaining a software changelog
Assist with implementing various internal and third-party integrations
Assist with building internal proprietary systems and process migrations
Work closely with Application Support Specialist and assist with projects
Interact with cross-functional teams and departments
Provide feedback for streamlining process flows to System Administrators
Skills and Experience:
Experience with CRMs like Zendesk highly regarded
Understanding of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Visio or similar process flow software is highly preferred.
Administrative experience with title software such as Qualia, Resware, or Softpro is highly preferred.
Outstanding organizational skills: You are a self-starter and are able to push for project completion by their due dates
Efficient: you are able to push forward, assist with and see through multiple ongoing projects
Excellent communication skills: When communicating, you hit the point from the start and deliver your message swiftly.
Attention to detail: whether you’re troubleshooting an issue or performing comprehensive testing, you are the one that finds the needle in the haystack.
Tech-savvy: Understanding of SQL, Microsoft Office, Visio or similar process flow software and Google services is highly preferred. You also have the natural ability to pick up on new applications.

The compensation information is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements in Hawaii, Colorado, New York, New Jersey, Washington, and California.
Base Pay Range: $22.90 - 34.30. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include commissions, bonuses, and equity.
