DigiM Solution LLC, a world leader in microscopic imaging, image analysis, and image-based modeling, is seeking to fill a few immediate openings of Application Scientists to help support our rapidly growing business.

This position will be responsible for conducting Image processing on a variety of different microscopy images in pharmaceutical and materials characterization applications. This exciting position is ideal for an individual who loves imaging, data science, and their impact on real world industrial problems. Minimal requirements critical to success:

• A bachelor’s degree in physics, mathematics, science or engineering.
• 1 year of hands-on experience in Image processing and image segmentation (in school experience is acceptable).
• 1 year programming experience in solving data science problems via Python (preferred) or other scripting languages
• Effective time management and organization skills.
• Willing and attentive learner.
• Passionate about problem solving using data.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good teamwork player for cooperation and sharing ideas

Preferred background and skills, which will be evaluated toward a higher rank,

• Graduate degree
• 5+ years of Image processing experience
• Pharmaceutical science or material science background
• Imaging experience
• Customer facing experience

Travel:

Compensation:

Compensation is experience and background dependent. Benefits include a competitive base salary, performance-based bonus, retirement plan, healthcare, dental care, paid vacation, profit sharing, and potential stock options in the future.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
