Your areas of responsibility:

- Act as primary point of contact to coordinate efforts between commercial and R&D activities to develop new products and improve existing portfolios

- Provide technical support of grease and fluid lubricants for targeted industries
- Support in the development of new business opportunities with customers
- Solid understanding of customer and industry approval needs and processes
- Collaborate with product managers for activities supporting product life cycle management, approvals and training
- Lead all customer field trials and technical projects, coordination with sales, analysis of trials and internal and external writ-ten reports

Qualifications we are looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business or Science related backgrounds
- 3-5 years of either business, engineering, or sales experience
- Strong knowledge of lubrication, engineering, or aerospace industry
- Open to travel (20-30%)
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work setting
