Application Engineer

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Application Engineer to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Initial programming, hardening, and configuring Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Systems
• Verifying devices at customer sites
• Troubleshooting network issues and resolving them with customers
• Configuring servers on different operating systems
• Installing and maintaining software on both internal and customer-supplied servers
• Software support for Field Technicians

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years experience in Application Engineering or IT
• Experienced in Lenel
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in and knowledge of the following systems:
  • Lenel (Required)
  • Milestone
  • Bosch
  • AMAG
  • Software House
  • Kantech
  • Exacq
• CCDA, CCNA & MSCE are preferred. In addition, Limited Energy LEA, MCSE and manufacture training certificates are desired.
