Appearance Attorney

We are looking for someone who loves going to court and arguing, putting on trials and all the thrills of pratiucing law without the Headache. This position will start as part time and is ideal for a solo looking to get their feet wet. We are open to someone who just wants to argue motions in court because they love it, someone who doesn't want client interaction, someone who doesn't want to deal with billable hour requirements, write a brief or think about any of the headaches or anything of the sort.

We are a rapidly growing law firm that has grown from 1-15 attorneys in one year our partners are so busy signing up new clients who want to work with us, that the opportunity cost of arguing motions in court is too high and we need someone who will attend hearings for us.

There is a strong possibility of this person being converted full time with a competitive salary coming in 2024. As of now, we're looking for a part time attorney to appear and argue motions for us, possibly put on small trials.

Duties:
-Attend Court and argue motions as needed.

- Put on trials ranging from a small claims case, to a multimillion dollar commercial litigation case.

Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school ( Moot Court in law school will be highly favored).
- Admission to the state bar association
- Proven experience as an attorney in a law firm or corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
