We are a respected staffing firm specializing in property management, offering competitive compensation with WEEKLY pay. Immediate positions are available in East Portland and Hillsboro, enabling you to start right away while enjoying weekends off!
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (subject to change based on community needs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare apartment units for move-ins, ensuring cleanliness, optimal maintenance, and adherence to the highest quality standards.
- Execute various make-ready tasks, including painting, cleaning, flooring repairs, fixture replacements, and minor maintenance.
- Collaborate with the property management team to efficiently prioritize and complete make-ready tasks.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address maintenance or cosmetic issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory usage.
