Apartment Leasing Agent

We are currently seeking an aggressive high energy SALES PERSON in Beaumont, Texas.( This is NOT a customer service position! No dealing with tenant issues- this is JUST LEASING SALES!)

This Apartment Leasing Agent position will be responsible for maintaining occupancy levels through STRONG SALES AND MARKETING SKILLS; assisting in property operations; working with maintenance staff; working under property manager and complying with all online reporting requirements. We offer a competitive pay rate which includes a discounted apartment, bonus opportunities, sliding scale commissions and growth potential.!! THIS IS A SALES JOB . HUSTLERS ONLY PLEASE!!!

**Hourly pay PLUS HIGH commissions $100 per move in $100 per renewal**

The ideal candidate MUST have:

• 6 months to 1 year of prior APARTMENT LEASING SALES EXPERIENCE.
• Amazing people skills AND SALES SKILLS.
• Must be a MULTI-TASKER who can work hard under pressureand produce results!!
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• EXTREMEproficiency in computers( MS OFFICE), technology, online marketing and online property management software.
• This is a fast-paced position where the harder you work the more you will make!!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
