Ap Specialist

What you'll do:

• Process accounts payable for entire company
• Note payable management and amortization maintenance
• Accounts payable aging management
• Account reconciliations
• Fixed asset record keeping
• Research and identify errors
• Submit disbursement logs to the bank
• Maintain 1099 information
• Collaborate with store personell

What we're looking for:

• Accounting/AR/AP experience (automotive dealership preferred but not required)
• Accounting degree (preferred, not required)
• Must have expertise in Excel, spreadsheet building, payroll, reporting and general ledger experience
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's values in all interactions with customers and co-workers
