Ap Manager I

Description:
The client is seeking an AP Manager I. The AP Manager position requires working with all departments and the accounting teams. We are looking for a team player, with excellent analytical skills, and strong communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:

• Entering/reviewing supplier invoices
• Running/reviewing financial reports
• Processing payments (check, ACH and wire) including voids/reissues and Stop Pays
• Supplier/Vendor inquiries, updates and maintenance
• Various projects as needed
• Coordination of efforts with other team players a must

Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related accounting software.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred, but not required.
• 3-5 years experience processing invoices & payments
• WorkDay experience preferred, not required.
