Part time pastry poduction for a fine dining from scratch kitchen. Looking for a self motivated, independant worker preferably with all aspects of fine dining experience ( or 2 years pastry production ) but we are also willing to train. Cleanliness is a must. You will have the opportunity to learn from an Executive Chef and Head Pastry Chef that have worked in some of Philadelphias most premeir restaurants over the last 10 years.
