Animal Services Supervisor

The Young-Williams Animal Services Supervisor under the general supervision of the Director of Animal Services, will ensure that field services are well-coordinated, effective, efficient, and in compliance with City of Knoxville, Knox County, State, and Federal regulations, as well as industry gold standards. The Supervisor will be responsible to ensure public safety, community education, and enforcement best practices are being implemented at all times. The Supervisor will oversee training protocols for all Animal Services Officers and assist with appropriate staffing to meet organizational and contract goals, and ensure policies and procedures are in place and being followed.
