Job Title: Analytical Support Specialist

Job Overview:
The Analytical Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of operational and administrative processes while supporting energy efficiency program implementation. This role involves preparing, reviewing, and creating documents and reports, providing analysis, reconciling discrepancies, and optimizing workflow to achieve energy savings and demand reduction goals.
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field required.
Work Experience:
- Work experience in appliance or equipment rebate programs preferred.
Job Duties:
- Provide administrative and Analytical Support to energy efficiency program implementation.
- Prepare process documents and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with various internal and external parties.
- Conduct onsite, virtual, and email inspections for commercial incentive programs.
- Collect invoices, images, and other relevant documents.
- Record inspection findings accurately.
- Reconcile invoice payments, perform quality assurance and quality control checks, and manage processing.
- Utilize Salesforce for program lead, application, and invoice tracking.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to support program optimization.
- Adhere to established protocols and procedures.
- Build collaborative relationships both within and outside the organization.
- Utilize data processing experience to streamline operational processes.
- Exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain strong command of the English language and communication skills.
- Handle multiple job assignments with changing priorities effectively.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient computer skills.
- Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Previous work experience in appliance or equipment rebate programs is advantageous.
- Ability to travel to project locations across all five boroughs as required.
- A valid Driver's License is required.

- The working hours for this role are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- The role involves travel to project locations across all five boroughs as needed.
- The Analytical Support Specialist must be capable of sitting, standing, walking, and climbing stairs as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments with changing priorities are essential for success in this role.
- The Specialist will play a crucial part in achieving energy savings and demand reduction goals through accurate analysis and process optimization.
