Our Advanced Advertising group is actively seeking a Product Analyst to contribute in building and managing the analytics and reporting capabilities for our organization. The Product Analyst will work with different groups across Paramount's Advanced Advertising organization including Planning Solutions, Sales, Data Solutions, Engineering and Data Science teams, to prioritize and build reporting tools, create a product analystics dashboard, maintain our releases schedule and lead user testing sessions. We're looking for a self-organized, highly motivated individual to join our Product Team and enable data driven decision making in prioritizations and roadmapping.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement our reporting and analytics strategy across Sales, Planning, and Technical teams
- Identify and implement Product Analytics tools for Paramount's Advertising and Convergent Optimization products
- Lead user demos on product releases, maintain release documentation, and lead user testing prior to technical releases
- Assist with training of business users on all our products that can be used to effectively acquire data including querying our databases and running routine QA
- Work with the Product team on prioritizing features for development based on insights from analytics
- Work with our UI/UX lead on running user feedback sessions and aggregating data from user interviews
Basic Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Systems or 0-2 years of professional experience in an analytics role with a core focus in business intelligence and/or analytics as well as data driven approach to problem solving
- Advanced skills/knowledge of Excel and SQL
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal and the ability to explain data to business users
- Problem solving ability, and interest in breaking down complex puzzles into data questions
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in Digital and Linear Television
- Product Analytics tools like Pendo, Hot Jar
- Interest in UI/UX design to run UI/UX feedback sessions

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $64,800.00 - 72,900.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
