Product Marketing Manager, Avatars Experiences Responsibilities:
- Shape product roadmaps through market & customer research, competitive analyses, audience segmentation & sizing, and deep dives into developer needs.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute product launch and GTM efforts. Drive target audience definition, value proposition & messaging development, content creation, and GTM channel activation across developer audiences to achieve awareness, adoption, and retention goals.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the VR and mobile/web ecosystem for users and be the voice of the market within the Org.Demonstrate a strong understanding of the broader VR ecosystem and competitive landscape to develop strategic product feedback, positioning and messaging.
- Partner effectively with Product Management and Marketing & Communications teams to lead successful Product Marketing communications around test and launch phases and clearly communicate value propositions of new products to go-to-market and brand teams.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, fast moving environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, product strategy, analytical roles or relevant experience.
- Experience communicating with a variety of audiences (both internal and external) and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. product managers, engineers, data science, legal, policy, partnerships, Ops)
- Experience influencing product roadmaps through relevant research and analysis
- Experience launching products positioning statements.
- Experience creating detailed go-to-market plans including audience definition.
- Experience creating clearly defined value propositions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Legal, Comms, etc.) to identify & execute marketing channels/activations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- MBA degree.
- Experience with building and launching platforms, products, and tooling for digital marketplaces Experience working cross-functionally on ambiguous 0
- 1 projects within a fast-paced, changing environment
- Balance of creative and analytical thinking, putting forth best-in-class execution within a measurable and data-driven framework
- Interest for and understanding of Virtual Reality and/or Gaming
