The Corporate Solutions team within Global Commercial Products is responsible for developing and managing a suite of corporate payment and spend enablement solutions uniquely differentiated through innovative benefits, features and partnerships underpinned by seamless digital experiences.

As such, we are creating a new Corporate Program Product Management organization to bring together all core corporate payment products including corporate cards, central billing solutions (BTA), and virtual cards. The team will spearhead the creation of best-in-class payment experiences and capabilities meeting the evolving needs of G&L and US MM customers.

The Corporate Program PM team will also champion the creation of a cohesive Corporate Product Line Strategy (PLS), the delivery of relevant field and customer-facing thought leadership and coordinated go-to-market efforts for the G&L and SME segments.

Within this newly created team, a Go-To-Market (GTM) Center of Excellence (COE) is created to effectively drive all commercial enablement efforts impacting G&L and US MM customers and field teams across all Corporate Solutions products.

The Analyst, Product Management will support the strategy and go-to-market execution for all Corporate Solutions Products, with a focus on operationalizing a voice of customer program across Corporate Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor key performance metrics (both lagging and early signal indicators) and portfolio dynamics to help ensure performance issues are identified and resolved, and find opportunities to progress
  • Use data-driven insights to strategically target cross-sell and expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales and Field Partners
  • Operationalize the go-to-market sales effectiveness strategy with GCS Sales & Account Development teams and other key partners
  • Stay informed with initiatives across the Corporate Solutions product organization and connect the dots to avoid siloed solutions
  • Collaborate with partners in Product Management and Development to raise technical issues and prioritize development needs emerging from voice of customer/ performance insights
  • Coordinate voice of customer and competitive analysis to define and implement the product feature roadmap across solutions and optimize customer experience and business impact

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Track record of delivering results in product management, strategy or GTM enablement roles
  • Ability to synthesize and translate data and insights to inform our strategy
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, thrives in fast-paced environment – bias for action, gets stuff done
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, ability to change course quickly based on new insights
  • Experience running cross-functional projects with ability to bridge connections across internal and external partners and consider multiple points of view
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), comfortable presenting to senior audiences and across functional lines
  • Optimistic attitude, flexible and proactive with a good sense of humor
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
