Job Overview:

The position is responsible for executing Market Tests in a timely and accurate manner per the specifications of the brand planning team. The position is also responsible for updating digital menu boards and ensuring that they are free of technical or content-related mistakes. The position will also maintain additional content to specification needs and manage adhoc requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all digital product image requests for Market Test, National Experiences and Ad Hoc campaigns
  • Responsible for the distribution of Market Test assets with respective BKC internal teams, the agency and external vendors.
  • Responsible for overseeing printed coupon campaign workstreams with the respective agency and vendors.

Essential Duties:

  • Upholds persistent communication of Market Test details and deliverables across BKC cross-functional teams.
  • Works with vendors to review digital menu board Market Test assets and ensure that they are free of technical or content-related issues.
  • Maintains and organizes repository of all Market Test, coupon, digital, packaging and Merchandising creative rounds.
  • Collaborates with vendors to manage ad-hoc merchandising requests.
  • Help maintain brand guidelines in collaboration with agencies and collaborate with other members of the team to ensure that all employees, channels and external parties are brand compliant with brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications and/or equivalent experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized, motivated, and able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
