Key Responsibilities:
Met designated internal and/or external customers' basic and moderate analytic needs
Support customers in creating and populating a dashboard using reporting technologies within the group
Assist in the development of systems for automating the production of performance metrics, maintaining data management systems, developing visualizations and displays for performance metrics
Developing and implementing processes for validating metric values
Work with teams to understand, document and respond to data requirements to meet reporting and analytic needs. Effectively communicate results to multidisciplinary teams to enable practical interventions
Assist designated Lead to manage their portfolios of performance metrics which includes managing performance metrics by updating values on a regular basis, automating the updates if possible, and responding to questions about the metrics from customers, which may include initial investigation into reasons for special cause.
The Analyst II may also assume primary responsibility for their own portfolio of metrics. This could include helping customers create and populate a dashboard using reporting technologies within the group.

Qualifications - External
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required:
Bachelor's degree statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, quantitative analysis or related discipline
2-5 years of related experience including experience in programing languages (e.g, SQL, SAS, R or Python) and experience working with data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI
Preferred:
Master's degree highly preferred.
