Whether we are serving guests, a fellow team member, or a trucking company, we are dedicated to fueling people and keeping North America moving.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state or local law.Job DescriptionThe purpose of this job is to analyze Business processes, understand the process data and determine efficiencies through optimization, engineering, and automation proactively and retroactively measured through KPIs and metrics for impact.Analyzing new and current business processes, workflows, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.Conduct a thorough data analysis and process mapping to identify obstacles, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.Developing and implementing optimized processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction using methodologies and technology.Collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design and execute process improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goalsMonitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented process changes, measuring key performance indicators and making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and process improvement methodologies.Communicate with shareholders and stakeholders to ensure alignment on proposed changes.Create process documentation and guidelines, including standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams.Provide training and support to team members on new processes and best practices. QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a related field or relevant work experience requiredMinimum three years’ business process analysis work experience requiredExperience working in an Agile software development environment preferredSix Sigma CertifiedTraining in business process modeling preferredExperience with process mining tools, automation tools and methodologiesAdvanced Microsoft Office Skills (Visio, Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Teams)Familiarity and experience with Atlassian tools, specifically JIRA, Confluence, TempoKnowledge of the software development processIn-depth understanding of Agile Scrum and Kanban development frameworksCapability to create and understand complex system architecture and network diagramsUnderstanding of the project management processExcellent written, verbal, and public speaking communication skillsExcellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to understand highly complex systems that cross multiple functions and business unitsAbility to apply in-depth knowledge for evaluation, modification, implementation, and optimization of new or enhanced systems and business processes.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, collaborate, and build consensus within a team.Ability to provide excellent customer serviceExcellent organizational skills with acute attention to detailAbility to communicate with and make presentations to large and small groups from various levels of the organizationAbility to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, meet goals, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAdditional InformationGeneral office work requiring sitting or standing for long periodsTravel required less than 5%37867
