What you'll be doing:
- Answering calls from theatres and providing the callers with support to resolve their Sight & Sound issues
- Remotely connecting to digital cinema systems for proactive and reactive resolution
- Partnering with on-site technicians and following-up on their progress
- Communicating regularly with theatre associates for technical and operational support.
- Completing assigned Sight & Sound projects (software upgrades, hardware deployment, etc.)
What we need from you:
- 2+ years troubleshooting of operating systems/hardware and/or 2+ years troubleshooting digital cinema equipment
- 2+ years' experience in remote resolution and ticketing system usage and/or 2+ years theatre management experience
- 2+ years' customer service
- Ability to complete assigned tasks independently
- Exceptional communication skills
- Analytical reasoning to apply to various new (or familiar) S&S concerns
- Aptitude to manage stress in dynamic and high-volume environments
- Positive intent to partner in a team environment
- Commitment to continuously develop understanding of new systems and processes
