Job Description
HRIS Analyst will support the HR technology team with design, configuration, and administration of the Atlas HR Information System (HRIS). This position supports the execution of business process management, report writing, data management, and data extraction.ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Completes tasks with accuracy & maintains integrity of organizational data within the HRIS.
- Creates standard and ad-hoc queries and reports, provides data summaries and/or statistical analysis for use in decision making.
- Collaborates with all areas of HR when assigned an HRIS project to analyze current processes and procedures with a consultative approach to improve the efficiency of the business.
- Handles basic issues and problems. Developing recommendations for solutions. Refers higher complexity issues to higher level staff/leadership.
- Works closely with the HR Technology team to prioritize & review potential system changes and helps communicate the change impacts.
- Research, configure, and implement business process and system upgrades and enhancements as directed by HR Technology leadership
- Create, review, and participate in functional testing for all system fixes, upgrades, patches, and other maintenance—including Dayforce releases and new system features. Supports creation of training tutorials, job aids and other documentation and provides end-user training, troubleshooting services, and technical direction to ensure effective utilization of HR systems. Assists with the roll-out and communication related to new systems and initiatives.
- Required to document and maintain a repository of current business processes and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Information Technology, or related field. Four years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree. Two years’ or more experience in HR/HCM or HRIS.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Ceridian – Dayforce HRIS
Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft (MS) Suite
