Within this group, we are hiring within the HR space for a leader to oversee the Full Time Analyst Associate Experience pod. This pod will support hundreds of associates across three job families across the enterprise. This role will manage two direct reports and support the strategy of our Full Time experience throughout the two year Associate Experience.
We are looking for an exceptional Program Manager to help establish and oversee the strategy & delivery of this critical effort. The ideal candidate will have proven Experience Leading projects and processes in a well-managed way. They should be excited about the opportunity to influence strategic decisions using a data-backed approach. We are looking for team players who are solution-oriented, are comfortable working in ambiguity, and have effective program / process management, communication, and customer focus skills.
Key responsibilities of the role will vary and will include:
As a leader in this space, you will serve as a critical connection point for our Students & Grads program teams, and interact with our Accountable Executives, Learning & Development partners (incl. Credit College and Tech College), as well as HR Business Partners.
Serve as a people leader for 3 direct reports, empowering and inspiring them to deliver their best work each day, establishing a team environment where each team member feels included and valued, and managing all talent and performance management activities
Partner on the strategic direction for the program / process, which may include defining team scope and impact, strengthening partner interaction models, and communicating team goals across the organization and relevant stakeholders
Manage stakeholder relationships and influence leaders across partner groups
Set strategies to ensure Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging are prioritized throughout the Associate Experience
Consult and problem solve across your program team and the broader Student & Grads organization
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 4 years of program management or of recruiting or of consulting experience or a combination
At least 2 years of experience in Google Suite products (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
2+ years of people management experience
5+ years of program management, client facing, or consulting experience, or a combination
3+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting
Experience analyzing metrics, trends, and survey data, and using them to make strategic changes
